We have over 10,000 telephone lines
in our two state-of-the-art centers. They are fully redundant and all mirrored to
each other constantly. If one of our centers should go down, we can shift immediately
to the other center with little interruption to your centers work flow. Our engineers
and software programmers are always looking for ways to help your center be more
productive. Our “partners” program helps us achieve our goal by having engineers
and collection professionals in our partners offices on a regular basis to help
analyze work flow, software needs, and compliance issues.

To put our money where our mouth
is, our staff in our partner’s offices has tremendous authority to initiate changes
in our operations and software programming to effectively produce immediate results. There is a minimum
of red tape between our clients and our decision making. It is much like the “stop
button” on an automobile assembly line that empowers every worker to stop the line
when a problem is found.

One of our most effective programs
is aimed at connecting you to the debtor who is VERY HARD to reach. You know the
ones; they are hiding from your calls! They rarely answer, and of course, if they
do, they will never, ever answer a call with ”that” caller ID. By maintaining all
the calls we have ever made on our servers (we call it Big Ben, after the clock
down the street), we are able to analyze the data to determine the most likely time
when they may answer, all based on their past patterns. All our clients have agreed
to allow us to use their call results in the manner described above. This saves
all our clients much time and money.
